Mr. Hwang is thinking of filing lawsuits against Bill Lee, the Governor of Tennessee.
There can/may be/exist two kinds of lawsuits against him.
The first lawsuit can be about the controversial law in terms of “Drag show”.
The second lawsuit can be about the governor’s legal duty in terms of faithful execution of law in Tennessee.
Mr. Hwang doesn’t necessarily have to file the first lawsuit against the Tennessee governor because Hwang is not one of the Memphis drag community members.
But Hwang doesn’t want to lose the good political, social, and/or legal momentum for attracting the social attention. This is his honest confession.
More importantly, Hwang strongly believes the precious value and inalienable rights of the freedom of expression which is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
The lawsuits can be “Class Action” if some other people want to join the legal actions.”
Mr. Hwang will welcome such ideas and such people.
