Mr. Hwang visited Germantown Police Department in 2020.

At that night when he visited the police department, and when he came to his temporary place, the first shooting happened in front of the house.

So Mr. Hwang believed that the information about his visit to the police was revealed to the criminals.

That means that there is/are criminals within the Germantown Police Department.

FBI

Mr. Hwang visited FBI office in 2020 in order to report some of the crimes.

They wanted Mr. Hwang to write down the details about what happened to him.

But Mr. Hwang’s case became very complicated to organize and write down.

So Mr. Hwang couldn’t write down the details at that time in 2020.

But in 2023, when he can organize all the information of the details, he can write down them, and can try to go to FBI again.

Mr. Hwang continued to move

Mr. Hwang continued to move.

Mr. Hwang continued and continues to move since the car accident on or about October 5, 2019.

He experienced horrible crimes. And that’s why he continued to move again and again.

He wanted to avoid additional crimes.

He wanted to avoid additional crimes especially since he was stolen the catalytic converter of his car in 2022 as he said and explained in his previous writing.

He moved to his 7th place on or about November 1, 2022 again since the car accident.

But it is his temporary place for temporary situations.

He wants and needs to move again for his 8th place.

Those criminals continued to commit crimes towards Mr. Hwang.

Those criminals want to commit additional crimes towards Mr. Hwang when they think it is necessary.

Mr. Hwang’s ordeal will not end up his own problems.

Someday in the future, if/when you have an unlucky day, you are going to realize that you continued and have to continue to move for your safety in order to avoid crimes.

Mr. Hwang’s story is and will be your story once you have an unlucky day on the road in the United States.
