In the P.O.Box

Mr. Hwang found a letter from Mr. Scofield or his law firm when he visited a post office and checked his P.O.Box on April 10, 2023.

The letter was about an order by the court.

Dear Mr. Scofield, Mr. Nicoson, or/and counsel(s),

1. I would like to or/and am going to file a Motion to Alter or Amend the Judgment.

2. I would like to comply with the Local Rules of this Honorable Court in filing the motion.

3. I would like to comply with the Local Rule 5(H).

4. Therefore, I hope all counsels can participate in a conference to attempt to resolve the matters at issue in the motion before filing the motion.

5. The opposing counsels including Mr. Scofield and/or Mr. Nicoson can extend/give the Plaintiff their opinion about the motion.

6. In term of the legal arguments about the Motion to Alter or Amend the Judgment.

I already tried to explain/extend/give (some of) the issues in my previous “Plaintiff’s Statement(s)” in terms of the legal arguments about the Motion to Alter or Amend the Judgment.

What Mr. Hwang found in his P.O.Box on April 5, 2023

These are what he found in his P.O.Box on April 5, 2023.

He visited a post office in the evening on April 5, 2023.

It was raining a little bit in the evening at that day. And he didn’t like that.

Anyway, he opened his P.O.Box, and found four(4) letters.

Two letter were from his bank which he didn’t and doesn’t like.

The third letter was from Mr. Whittenmore(the opposing attorney).

It was about Notice of Service of Offer of Judgment.

The fourth letter was from the court.

It was from Clerk of the Circuit Court(Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis).

The document was Order Denying Plaintiff’s Second Motion for Recusal.
