And when they are caught, they try to hide their crimes by commiting another new crimes.

Those criminals took the precaution of commiting another crime after the scene of the crime in order to cover it up.

The side effects of the misjudgment and miscalculation

There are the side effects of the misjudgment and miscalculation by the white-collar criminals.

Those criminals seem to have been trying to eliminate or reduce the legitimate claims of the victims of car accidents.

The problem is that those criminals try to do that too much, too extremely, or by abnormal or antisocial ways and methods including, but not limited to keeping commiting serious and horrible felonies.

However, there are side effects from that.

First, vicious circles(cycles).

The more those criminals try to reduce the size of the claims, the more problems they end up making.

Those criminals tried, are trying, and will try to eliminate or reduce Mr. Hwang’s legal claims.

That’s why those criminals try to manipulate the situations and commit crimes even at the very early stages of the case.

But actually, it produced the opposite results.

Mr. Hwang’s cases and claims continued, continue, will continue to grow, expand, and increase, unexpectedly, different from the expectation of the white-collar criminals.

Second, boomerang effects.

A boomerang is said to be a curved, flat, wooden tool that can be thrown in such a way that it returns to the thrower.

Those criminals threw their boomerangs in order to catch Mr. Hwang, but those boomerangs will return and cut the necks of the throwers.

About the Suspicion of Accomplice Relations by Judge Hurd

Ms. Hurd was really a low-grade judge.

Mr. Hwang participated in a court hearing today on January 6, 2023.

He ended up having a reasonable suspicion that the presiding judge must/may have accomplice relations with the white-collar criminals.

Or he cannot exclude such possibility of a reasonable suspicion that the presiding judge must/may have accomplice relations with the white-collar criminals.

Or at least he ended up not being able to exclude such possibility of a reasonable suspicion that the presiding judge must/may have accomplice relations with the white-collar criminals.

The name of the judge is Rhynette Hurd.

She was really a low-grade judge.

Someday in the future, Mr. Hwang may be going to try to report some information to FBI(Federal Bureau of Investigation) or TBI(Tennessee Bureau of Investigation) about the judge especially if/when he gets to have some specific level of information.

Mr. Hwang cannot understand how she ended up becoming a judge and sitting on a bench in the State of Tennessee in the United States.

Mr. Hwang can think about or/and already thought about ‘one possibility’ about the reasons, but he cannot publish it without evidence to prove it.

Mr. Hwang cannot understand how American society can endure or leave such pathetic and reprehensible situation as it is.

She was really a low-grade judge.

It strongly shows one of the failures of the American Judicial System.

The reasons why Mr. Hwang suspects Judge Hurd in accomplice relations with the white-collar criminals

These are the reasons why Mr. Hwang suspects Judge Hurd in accomplice relations with the white-collar criminals.

1. Judge Hurd completely and intentionally ignored the issue of Local Rule 5(B) which Mr. Hwang had against attorney, Mr. Scofield, and which Mr. Hwang tried to raise during the hearing on January 6, 2023.

2. The reaction of a living body of Judge Hurd during the hearing session.

The movement of her eyes.
The expression and look of her face.
The tones of her voice.
The sound of her laughter.
The attitudes which she showed during the hearing session.
The way she presided over the hearing session.

3. Judge Hurd didn’t let Mr. Hwang to make any additional comments about her decisions or/and orders especially at the end of the hearing even though Mr. Hwang wanted and needed to mention more than several legal points, legal errors, and factual findings including, but not limited to against/with Mr. Scofield and against/with Judge Hurd.

4. Judge Hurd denied the motion for recusal which Mr. Hwang filed.

5. Judge Hurd granted Defendant’s Third Motion to Compel Written Discovery Responses and Production.

6. Judge Hurd said, Mr. Hwang’s cause(claim/lawsuit) will be dismissed if he cannot respond to motion to compel within 30 days.

7. Judge Hurd said, Mr. Hwang have to pay 500 dollars if he cannot respond within 30 days.

8. Judge Hurd didn’t consider, at all, and completely and intentionally ignored “the special circumstances” which Mr. Hwang had, experienced, and suffered from a series of crimes(fenonies).

Judge Hurd already became the suspect of the accomplice of the white-collar crime.

Mr. Hwang thinks that Judge Hurd already knows why she behaved that way during the hearing on January 6, 2023.

She already knows.

And she is the suspect.

The name of one of the guys whom Mr. Hwang wants to send into prison is John Morgan.

Mr. Hwang wants to send John Morgan into prison someday in the future, if Mr. Morgan commited any crime, and if such crime can be proved in the court of law.

It is a matter of time that Mr. Hwang anatomizes or dissects the entire life of Mr. Morgan.

It is a matter of time.

Mr. Hwang will do that.

Gun

Mr. Hwang would like to buy a gun when he can.

He would like to protect himself from the potential dangers from the criminals.

He used to use M-16 when he served the ROK Army.

Compared to M-16, pistols seems like toys.

Mr. Hwang did bayonet drills with the M-16 which had a military dagger at the very front.

He had the experience of pulling the pin off hand grenade and detonating it in the military.

Grenades are more powerful than you may think or than you may have seen in the movies.

But he would like to buy and have a gun legally in the United States for self-defense according to the legal procedure.

He would like to buy and have a gun here in the U.S.

10 years and 30 years
