So-called “Kangaroo Court”

Reference: Case(docket) Number, CT-2449-22

1. Mr. Hwang strongly thinks that Judge Rhynette Hurd is the judge in “Kangaroo Court”.

He has very strong confidence about that.

2. The courtroom of Division 5 in Shelby County Circuit Court is a so-called “Kangaroo Court”.

Kangaroo court (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

“A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice, ……………………….. A kangaroo court may ignore due process and come to a predetermined conclusion.

The term may also apply to a court held by a legitimate judicial authority which intentionally disregards the court’s legal or ethical obligations (compare show trial).”

a mock court in which the principles of law and justice are disregarded or perverted

3. By the way, where did Mr. Hwang hear about the word or the expression, “Kangaroo Court”?

4. Mr. Hwang watched, intensively, the news about “Tennessee Three” recently.

5. Tennessee State representative, Ms. Gloria Johnson mentioned the expression, “Kangaroo Court” in her interview with the media people.

6. Mr. Hwang would like to stress or point out that such courts like “Kangaroo Court” really exist in the State of Tennessee, or/and could exist in the United States.

7. Watch out!
