Mr. Hwang thinks that there are too many criminals in Memphis.

In Memphis and Shelby County, violent criminals are of course criminals.

But in Memphis and Shelby County, judges and policemen are criminals, too. (suspectedly or allegedly).

And lawyers are criminals here, too. (suspectedly or allegedly).

The Opinion of TN Court of Appeal

Mr. Hwang checked the docket of TN Court of Appeal on March 28, 2024, Thursday.

Mr. Hwang noticed that there was the opinion by TN Court of Appeal.

However, Mr. Hwang did NOT receive the copy of the opinion.

Or/and the copy was not discovered in Mr. Hwang’s P.O.Box yet.

Mr. Hwang noticed that the opinion was filed on March 15, 2024.

But Mr. Hwang just noticed the existence of the filing on March 28, 2024, Thursday.

So the deadline of the filing of petition for rehearing was already passed.

Mr. Hwang thinks that’s why they did not give the copy to Mr. Hwang on purpose or intentionally if they did.

Or Mr. Hwang thinks that a copy was stolen or must have been stolen by someone.

Mr. Hwang downloaded it online.

Influencers

Mr. Hwang went for something to Hernando, MS yesterday.

Mr. Hwang happened to talk to a white young man at a gas station.

Mr. Hwang tried to explain to some degree to the young man in terms of the circustances from which Mr. Hwang suffered.

Mr. Hwang made a new business card yesterday, so Mr. Hwang gave one to the man.

These are some of the comments which the man mentioned.

The young white man already knew that the local judicial system are CORRUPT.

What he meant was the nearby regions.

Mr. Hwang understood the nearby regions as Mississippi, Memphis(Tennessee), and Arkansas.

And he said, such places like California or New York is or can be very different in terms of the realities of judicial system.

And he recommended or mentioned that Mr. Hwang can or should try to find someone who has a lot of followers in his/her social media.

And Mr. Hwang can ask or have help from him/her.

The bottom line is that Mr. Hwang needs to have help from influencers because the local judicial people or their system can react only when any situation including Mr. Hwang’s case can have impact on them.

Mr. Hwang agreed and agrees to the man’s insight.

Things to do & Donations

Mr. Hwang has some things to do this year in 2024.

One of the things is to file CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS.

The criminal complaints will be against judges(suspects).

The criminal complaints will be against known lawyers/others/suspects and unknown suspects.

One of the criminal complaints which Mr. Hwang filed last year in 2023 was against judge Hurd.

Mr. Hwang filed it to MPD(Memphis Police Department).

It was not enough.

Mr. Hwang does not trust MPD.

Mr. Hwang does not trust Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, either.

Mr. Hwang would like to and is going to file criminal complaints this year in 2024 to TBI and FBI.

TBI is Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

FBI is Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mr. Hwang needs to have time to do that.

In order for him to have time, he needs resources.

One of the fundamental resources is the financial resource.

And Mr. Hwang wants to do advertisements offline and online.

He wants to do billboard advertisements, too.

And Mr. Hwang needs funding for his documentary projects.

To put it simply, he needs to have donations from good people.

Mr. Hwang needs to have donations from the Memphians and the residents in Shelby County in Tennessee.

Good indivisuals can donate to him when they see him in Memphis.

In Retrospect

In retrospect, it was a mistake that Mr. Hwang married Ms. Northcutt in Memphis in 2018.

It was a mistake to marry such an extremely selfish woman.

It was an extremely wrong mistake.

It is a stigma in Mr. Hwang’s life.

It is a stigma in the records of Mr. Hwang’s entire life.

Mr. Hwang regrets it.

Mr. Hwang regrets it from the bottom of his heart.
