Mr. Hwang’s next lawsuits

Mr. Hwang would like to file additional lawsuits.

Since the car accident on October 5, 2019, he ended up filing 4(four) civil complaints until now.

However, he would like to file additional civil complaints as many as possible.

The next lawsuit should/can be against Ms. Walker and her accomplices.

Ms. Walker is a counselor.

The legal claim is about the crime of DRUGGING and its related torts.

The next lawsuit after that should/can be againt Mr. Bernard and his accomplices.

Mr. Bernard is an attorney.

And he is the attorney for Ms. Northcutt.

The legal claim is about the crime of FORGERY of Mr. Hwang’s signature during the course of litigation.

Unfortunately, Mr. Hwang already lost more than several legal claims because of the statute of limitations.

In terms of general tort cases, the statute of limitations is only within one year in the State of Tennesssee where Memphis is located in.

He should have filed those lawsuits, but he couldn’t do that because he had been extremely vulnerable.

The aftermath of the car accident and its related crimes has impacted greatly and dramatically on his life.

But he has been recovering very gradually in the course of time.

He would like to and needs to have social attention, advice, and supports from the local communities and the American society in order to fight for JUSTICE.

If you drive a car on the street in the U.S., his case can be your case at any time on any day when you have an unlucky day which Mr. Hwang had.

His ordeal is/can be your one in the future.

So he is fighting not only for him but also for you.

He is fighting for you.

Bench Trial vs. Jury Trial

Mr. Hwang has a recommendation for you.

If you happen to end up having a legal issue in your life, and if you end up having to decide between bench trial and jury trial, please, try to have jury trial all the time.

Bench trials in the United States are not recommended by Mr. Hwang according to his experience about and through the judicial system and the judicial realities here in the U.S.

Why?

Why does he think so?

The possibility of “judicial corruption” is very REALISTIC here in the United States.

So, you’re recommended to have jury trial instead of bench trial.
