Mr. Hwang reported her crime to police in 2020.
But not only the police didn’t investigate and punish her, but also it manipulated the record which Mr. Hwang reported.
That means that there are other criminals within the police department.
It is known that Ms. Greear works at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Mr. Hwang can try to report her/their crime again.
A criminal complaint should be filed against her or them.
