. Case Number: CT-4094-20.

1. This email is Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang’s response to your email correspondence.

2. The CIRCUIT COURT sent the email correspondence on or about January 27, 2025, Monday (01/27/2025), on or about at 10:18A.M.(am).

3. The title of the email correspondence was “Rejection Notice: Your filing, Re: CT-4094-20 – HEALTH CARE LIABILITY, was rejected“.

4. The email had/contained this expression in it, which was “Reason(s) for rejection: A post judgment fee is associated with filing on a close case. Thanks!“

5. Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang does NOT agree that this case is closed.

6. Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang argues that this is not a closed case.

7. There was no final judgment or order (in terms of the level/jurisdiction of the circuit court since/after this case was reopened).

8. The latest order which was made by the Honorable Court(the circuit court) was an order about the motion to recuse the judge.

9. Furthermore, Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang would like to know whether the argument(that this case is closed) was made on purpose/intentionally or not.

10. At the same time, Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang would like to, or/and is asking how much amount of money Hwang has to pay in order to make the payment of “A post judgment fee“ which is associated with filing on a closed case.

11. Additionally speaking, Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang just checked the online system of the court docket, and noticed that there was this expression, which was “the MOTION FILED – PLAINTIFF-APPELLANT‘S MOTION FOR STATUS CONFERENCE TO ADDRESS ISSUES“.(File Date: 01-24-2025 Plaintiff).

12. Plaintiff-Appellant Hwang is making these comments/arguments, and asking the question for the record, too.
