Things to do & Donations

Mr. Hwang has some things to do this year in 2024.

One of the things is to file CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS.

The criminal complaints will be against judges(suspects).

The criminal complaints will be against known lawyers/others/suspects and unknown suspects.

One of the criminal complaints which Mr. Hwang filed last year in 2023 was against judge Hurd.

Mr. Hwang filed it to MPD(Memphis Police Department).

It was not enough.

Mr. Hwang does not trust MPD.

Mr. Hwang does not trust Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, either.

Mr. Hwang would like to and is going to file criminal complaints this year in 2024 to TBI and FBI.

TBI is Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

FBI is Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mr. Hwang needs to have time to do that.

In order for him to have time, he needs resources.

One of the fundamental resources is the financial resource.

And Mr. Hwang wants to do advertisements offline and online.

He wants to do billboard advertisements, too.

And Mr. Hwang needs funding for his documentary projects.

To put it simply, he needs to have donations from good people.

Mr. Hwang needs to have donations from the Memphians and the residents in Shelby County in Tennessee.

Good indivisuals can donate to him when they see him in Memphis.

In Retrospect

In retrospect, it was a mistake that Mr. Hwang married Ms. Northcutt in Memphis in 2018.

It was a mistake to marry such an extremely selfish woman.

It was an extremely wrong mistake.

It is a stigma in Mr. Hwang’s life.

It is a stigma in the records of Mr. Hwang’s entire life.

Mr. Hwang regrets it.

Mr. Hwang regrets it from the bottom of his heart.

From the bottom of his heart.

Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act

This is an important case if someone wants to suit against City of Memphis or Shelby County.

PENNY LAWSON ET AL. v. HAWKINS COUNTY, TENNESSEE ET AL. (link)

Mr. Hwang has a different opinion about some parts of this case, but the Supreme Court of Tennessee has the supreme jurisdiction to interpret the laws in Tennessee.

Mr. Hwang noticed that the courts in Tennessee almost always side with big corporations and governmental entities.

They don’t side with indivisuals.

Maybe because there is such possibilities that the big corporations already sent such judges into the Supreme Court of Tennessee who could side with them.

However, if you want to suit against City of Memphis (including Memphis Police Departemtn) or Shelby County, the understanding of this case is still helpful or informative.

You should read this case if you want to suit against local governments or their employees.

Mr. Hwang met a car thief yesterday

Mr. Hwang met a car thief in the afternoon yesterday on March 18, 2024.

It was an accidental meeting.

(Mr. Hwang was not stolen his car, but he just met a selfclaimed car thief.)

Mr. Hwang wanted to listen to the thief’s experience and views about car-theft.

So Mr. Hwang asked the thief more than several questions again and again.

These are some of the comments from the thief.

The thief is seventeen (17) years old.

He has a special device.

He can crank up any car with that device unless such cars are kind of old model which don’t have elecronic cranking system.

He said car thieves could sell the stolen cars or their auto parts to other people or online.

But if the stolen cars are speedy and nice, then, thieves want to drive the cars.

And the thieves invite girls in the cars. And they enjoy driving.

If they sell a motor from a car, they can earn about several thousand dollars, for example, three(3) thousands dollars for that.

If he sell a entire car, he can make about ten(10) thousands dollars.

Mr. Hwang wanted to ask him how he felt about those innocent people who were stolen their cars.

This is his answer about that.

He said, “They have insurance, so they can buy a nicer car.”

Mr. Hwang asked again, that if the victims continue to be stolen, they cannot buy another car anymore.

And the thief felt nothing about that. No emotion. No empathy.

Those car thives are extremely selfish people.

And those criminals and suspects who committed toward Mr. Hwang since the car accident in 2019 are extremely selfish people, too.

They don’t think about other innocent people’s situation and socioeconomic and personal situations at all.

Unforgivable

Mr. Hwang would like to mention one thing.

Ms. Northcutt, she is unforgivable.

Not because of the divorce issue.

But because she (and her sister, Ms. Greear) disrupted and/or ended up having disrupted Mr. Hwang’s litigation process or his efforts.

Ms. Northcutt, she (and her sister) seemed that she (they) did not know how much Mr. Hwang was angry in terms of the circumstances of his legal claims.
