It is the first (1st) day today in the year of 2024.

However, Mr. Hwang feels bitter today while thinking of such crime which he suffered from and suffers from.

The car accident happened on October 5, 2019.

But such crime continued and continues to happen to Mr. Hwang.

The (allegedly) latest crime and such related incidents were both abnormal and criminal activities in terms of the manipulation of the docket records and the blocking/locking of Mr. Hwang’s e-filing system account.

Whenever Mr. Hwang experienced and suffered from such crime, he experienced such disruptions and high level of mental stress.

Therefore, someday in the future, all of Mr. Hwang’s legal cases and incidents’ cases should be reopened.

And all of the cases should be reinvestigated or/and relitigated.
