Mr. Hwang’s car was pulled over by two (2) police guys (so-called “police officers) at night on February 27, 2024 in Memphis, TN.
They tried to ask Mr. Hwang several questions and look around Mr. Hwang’s car.
And when Mr. Hwang asked them why his car was pulled over, they said the tail light was out.
At first, Mr. Hwang thought that the light was out.
But Mr. Hwang was on his way from point A to point B urgently.
So he didn’t have time to look around the back of his car on the scene with the police guys.
Several minutes later when/after Mr. Hwang arrived at the point A, he tried to check the back of his car with a witness.
You know what?
The tail lights of his car were okay. There were no problem about them.
In about one hour, when Mr. Hwang arrived at the midtown in Memphis, he tried to check his car again with another witness at a gas station.
You know what?
His car was okay. The tail lights were okay and normal.
The conclusion is that those police guys seemed to try to play game.
Simply put, they were lying.
It seemed that those guys just wanted to pull over Mr. Hwang’s car and look around incide the car.
You cannot trust MPD (Memphis Police Department).
