It’s been a while since they talked over the phone.
Mr. Hwang have been staying in the United States since 2018.
His mother lives in the Republic of Korea(South Korea).

Medical Checkup
One of the things that Mr. Hwang really needs and wants is to have his opportunities for the medical checkup for his injuries including, but not limited to his brain injury.
However, he wants to do that without the fear of murder or assassination, or at least without being exposed to any kinds of additional crimes.
It may sound too extreme (to those who don’t have prior knowledge about Mr. Hwang’s cases), but that was why he couldn’t go to any medical institutions from some point(especially after he was exposed to some crimes of felonies).
The more you hear about or listen to Mr. Hwang’s story, the more you’re going to be surprised or even shocked.
