He came to Memphis in the U.S. in 2018.
He had the car accident in 2019.

And 2020 came and went.
And 2021 came and went.
And 2022 came and went.
And now is 2023.
He could not visit and see his parents and family, and friends since 2018 because of the car accidents, their related circumstances, and their related crimes.
That’s why he was angry last night on April 4, 2023.
Mr. Hwang was very angry.
