There was the Schindler’s List.
But this is Hwang’s List. What is that?
Group A:
– some of allegedly corrupt judges,
– a local mayor,
– hidden criminals in the big corporations who made more than several schemes and corruptions,
Group B:
– some of high ranking managers or directors in the corporations,
– some of insurance agents,
– some of allegedly corrupt doctors,
– a nurse,
– some of attorneys(lawyers),
– an owner of a law firm,
– a case manager of a law firm,
– some of allegedly corrupt police officers,
Group C:
– some of criminals who committed crimes toward Mr. Hwang,
– some of local business people,
– a manager of a storage business, (and maybe some business managers behind him),
– some of managers or owners of temporary places where Mr. Hwang used to stay,
– a con man who deceived Mr. Hwang and got his 200 U.S. dollars,
– some of thieves who stole Mr. Hwang’s items,
(Potential) Group D:
– (potentially) some politicians if they turn out to be indirectly involved in the activities from group A to group B,
Mr. Hwang has been studying American legal system and the structure of governments in order to send them into prison.
All of the situations were originated from the car accident which had happened on October 5, 2019.
But the consequences from that continued and contines to happen until now in 2022.
Group A is about bigger fish. Group C is smaller fish. Group B is between them in terms of size.
Mr. Hwang thinks that it is a matter of time to send them into prison.
If he cannot send them into jail through his cases, he will do that through another cases.
It will happen eventually.
One by one.

Evidence will be added one by one in the future.
Mr. Hwang just have very limited time, resources, emotion, and mental energy.
Because the circumstances were and are very complicated and difficult.

A scarlet letter. (by Nathaniel Hawthorne)
Ms. Northcutt is going to have a kind of “Scarlet Letter” during the rest of her life.
As she said to Mr. Hwang over the phone in 2020, it was her decision(“my decision”).
It seemed that Ms. Northcutt just wanted to ‘escape alone from the sinking ship’ in the household while nglecting and leaving her spouse who was seriously injured.
It was, is, and will be a “Scarlett Letter” on her forehead during the rest of her life.
That was her choice as she said.
Mr. Hwang respected that decision, and let her go with respect to that choice.
Indivisuals can make their choices in their lifetime.
And that can change their life courses whether the decisions were good or bad, right or wrong, accurate or inaccurate, or regrettable or not.
Our lives are irreversible as you know.

It seems that there is great possibility that there are playbooks or scenarios inside the inner circles of the white-collar criminals.
Those beasts seem to try to manipulate, distort, damage, mutilate, and vandalize the good order in the market according to the roadmap of such playbooks or scenarios.
One of the examples about such playbooks is this.
Those criminals committed the crime of drugging towards Mr. Hwang at the office of the counselor in West Memphis, AR.
However, when they realized that their crime was caught by Mr. Hwang, they manipulated the information about the crime and the truth about it.
And they seemed to tell Ms. Northcutt that Mr. Hwang had “paranoia” and “delusion” because of the car accident.
They wanted and needed to cover up their drugging crime.
Ms. Northcutt is extremely selfish woman. And she is very gullible.
That manipulation and her misunderstanding about the situation made her to “cut off” her relationship with her spouse, which was very deplorable and lamentable because her judgment was based on the wrong and even manipulative information and vicious efforts by criminals.
We can’t turn back the hands of time.
But Mr. Hwang hope that Ms. Northcutt and the general publich know that the situation and the information about it was manipulated and distorted according to their playbooks even though what happened is irreversible.
The extreme form of selfishness of Ms. Northcutt destroyed not only the life of her spouse, but also her own life, which is sad, absurd, and ridiculous.
There are playbooks.
Because the car accident of Mr. Hwang was not the first car accident during the human history.
Insurance companies, hospitals, law firms, counseling offices, police departments, and eventually courts have accumulated information and experiences in terms of automobile cases.
They organized the information of such cases. and they seemed to make such “playbooks.”
In order to disrupt the good order in the market.
And in order to MAXIMIZE their PROFITS.

The crimes of the white-collar criminals seem to have been designed to eliminate the potential claims at every phases or to minimize the current/ongoing claims of the victims of the car accidents who deserve the right medical treatments and the fair compensation, but who can’t have such remedies because of the unfair and illegal involvement of the cunning and cruel criminals.

It was 2020.
It was right before Mr. Hwang was going to file his first civil complaint in the United States because of the car accident which had happened on October 5, 2019.
The civil complaint must have been filed within the statue of limitations.
The statue of limitations is 1 year according the Tennessee Code.
It is law.
Right before his filing, something weird happened.
His bank account became minus.
That meant that his financial activites stopped and were disrupted.
There was money in his bank account.
Mr. Hwang was sure that there was money there. His account was not minus.
He was going to use the money next day. That’s why he knew that there was money in his account.
But next day when he wanted to pump the gas for his car, his payment was declined.
A clerk at a Kroger Fuel Center in midtown said that his card was declined for his payment.
Mr. Hwang couldn’t understand the situation because there was money in his account.
You know what?
He had 2 bank accounts at that time.
He had his personal account. And he had a joint bank account with Ms. Northcutt, which Mr. Hwang used.
However, they made both of the account as minus all of sudden.
Those incidents should not have happened.
It was impossible that those two account became minus. Especially right before the expiration of the statue of limitations.
Mr. Hwang strongly believed that there were some kinds of hidden activities by white-collar criminals.
FBI should/can investigate those incidents someday in the future.
Mr. Hwang was not in the situation to investigate or make complaints or claims about those incidents yet.
Mr. Hwang realized that you couldn’t trust American financial institutions, especially they were involved in car accidents and their related white-collar crimes.
Since then, Mr. Hwang didn’t want to put and keep his money in his bank account.
He just put small amount of money for gas, grocery, and other types of small spending.
He was going to change his bank. He wanted to switch his bank into another bank.
Those white-collar criminals are really cunning, merciless, cruel, and very criminal.
